Gloria Spivak, owner of IT'S A WRAP, comments that on a daily basis many new customers discover our store but wondered how long we have been here. Fran, the store sales director and calligrapher, injects going on 5 years! Their devoted customer base already knows of the terrific selection of gifts, the gift wrapping service, and the custom gift baskets department.

Customer service is our top priority, Gloria emphasizes as she points out some best selling gifts to a customer who has stopped by on the way to a birthday party. Nora is creating a custom gift basket for another customer who brought in baby items for a twins baby shower. Juanita, the designer and packaging specialist, is working with a corporate client creating a custom look for an upcoming event. The store has wrapped gifts for INSTYLE Magazine, The Golden Globe Awards, Warner Bros. Studio and numerous celebrity clients. All hands are busy!
